Is there a waiting list for a parking permit?
There is a waiting list for all lots at this time. The approximate wait time for Wallace Road lot is 8 years, Alexander Road lot 6 years, and Vaughn Drive lot 4 years. The Wallace Road and Vaughn Drive lots are available to residents of West Windsor Township only.

Is there a place to make payment for my permit after hours?
Yes, there is a drop box located inside the train station. Payments are collected daily.
What happens if I don’t receive my new permit at the start of the quarter?
Patrons who have not received their parking permits must contact the Authority within 2 weeks after the start of the new quarter to request a replacement permit at no cost. Patrons contacting the Authority thereafter will be charged a permit replacement fee of $30.
What do we do if we purchase a new vehicle?
Once you receive your permanent registration and insurance ID, please go to
Manage Your Account on the Parking Authority website and add your new vehicle. Or you can scan the documents and email them to
info@westwindsorpa.com or fax them to 609-799-3634.
What do I do if I lose my permit?
Lost permits must be reported to the Authority immediately. Replacements will be issued by the Authority at a cost to the permit holder of $30.
What do I do if my permit is stolen?
Stolen permits must be reported to the Police Department responsible for the municipality in which the theft occurs. Upon receipt of a copy of the police report we will issue a replacement permit free of charge.
Do we have daily parking?
Can we park for multiple days in the daily lots?
Yes, you can park up to 14 days at a time. Deposit all the tokens you need for the multiple days you will be gone before pushing the green button. Make sure you take your receipt. It will show your multiple day transaction. The receipt is for your use only. You don’t need to display it on your car. You should keep it in the event that a summons is written on your car incorrectly. It is your responsibility to ensure you have entered the correct space number.

Where do I park when the daily lots are full?
There is additional daily parking available from 6:30-11:30 AM located in the Vaughn Drive Lot off of Alexander Road. Go to Daily Parking
Do we have handicap parking?
Handicap parking is available in both daily lots. There is also handicap parking in the permit lots but this is for our handicapped permit holders only.
